Please Help Payton Cram
Payton Cram has recently been diagnosed with Metastatic Ewings Sarcoma. This rare form of cancer has caused a bone tumor in her pelvic bone. She is a fifth grader at Elms Road Elementary School in Swartz Creek, MI. Our school is raising money to help her.
